For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. The practice was set up to provide the maximum in comfort, efficiency and diagnostic capability. Our patients receive great customized care from an experienced team of professionals. Dr Long has specific training for preventive care, restorative and cosmetic care such as crowns, bridges, implant crowns, partials, dentures, whitening, non-surgical periodontal therapy and extractions if required for the entire family.

Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you maximize the most from your benefits. We will provide an estimate prior to any treatment beginning so you are well informed about your responsibility for necessary treatment . We also offer several financing options for those patients that qualify. Other forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep your reserved appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to other patients that need our care. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
